Our customers are charged an hourly fee for all our services. We charge only for our time and a portion of any mileage expenses that are incurred outside of our normal service area. There will be no charge for travel time or mileage to or from your home or office within our normal service area. Outside of our normal service area, mileage will be billed at the US Government approved business rate of .505 cents per mile after the first twenty miles.

In the event we perform a service that requires a payment to a third party such as a store, repair shop, contractor etc, we do not mark up the third party cost. You pay only the actual third party charge.

Pricing Plans

A La Carte Pricing
A one-hour minimum charge is required for all services. After the first hour, time will be billed in 15-minute intervals. The hourly rate for all services is dependent on the service performed.

Monthly Packages
Our monthly membership plans offer substantial savings over paying the A La Carte price. All of our plans are pre-paid monthly. Time purchased can be “rolled over” from month to month for up to a year from the date of purchase, however, no refunds are given for unused time. The use of any one of our plans allows you to schedule any of our services efficiently so that you receive the maximum value for the dollars spent. We will be happy to design a monthly program that meets your specific needs and budget.

Membership Plan 1
“I just need a hand once in a while”
Three Hours

We recommend this plan for those trying our service for the first time. This plan allows you to use three hours of any of our services. The time must be used in one-hour minimum increments.

Membership Plan 2
“I wish I had one extra hour each week”
Five Hours

This plan is designed to give you some flexibility if three hours does not meet your needs. For example, a single service such as waiting for a service installation or repair in your home. We’ve all missed a half a day of work for that!

Membership Plan 3
“I do not have enough time for important tasks and errands”
Ten Hours

This plan offers considerable savings compared to the A La Carte pricing plan. The time may be used as you feel best fits your needs. Give yourself a hand. Special Date Reminder is included free with this package.

Membership Plan 4
“Help! I need a Personal Assistant”
Fifteen Hours

Designed for people on the go, this is our best value. Not only do you have access to all of our services at a considerable discount, you can restructure your life and become more efficient. Special Date Reminder and Scheduling of Appointments are also included free with this package.

Terms*
Payment for all services is expected when the service is completed unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, check, or money order. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal. Orders over $100.00 may require a deposit.
