What is your normal service area?
We service most of Atlantic and Cape May Counties. (Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate, Longport, Ocean City, Somers Point, Linwood, Northfield, Egg Harbor Township)
Do you charge a fee for travel time or mileage?
We do not charge for travel time or mileage within our normal service area. We may charge for mileage and travel time outside of our normal service area.
Is there a minimum service charge?
We have one hour minimum service charge. After the first hour, time is billed in fifteen-minute intervals.
Will you customize a plan to meet my specific needs?
We will be happy to customize a plan to meet your specific needs.
Do you mark-up the cost of items purchased for me?
We do not mark-up purchases made on your behalf. You are charged the actual amount charged by the merchant and you will receive the original receipts. Payment for all purchases is expected upon delivery and we do reserve the right to request a deposit.
How do I contact you if I need one of your services?
You can call our office at any time 24/7. Our normal office hours are 10:00am until 6:00pm however we do have voice mail when we are out of the office. Voice mail messages received prior to 9:00pm will be returned within one hour. Messages received after 9:00pm will be returned the following day. You may also request services by e-mail or by using the form on the “Contact Us” page.
*If you are a monthly plan holder, we will also set-up an email based To-Do list for you. We check customer lists every day at 10:00am.
How safe am I having you in my house waiting for a service man or having you involved in paying my bills or sharing other personal information with you?
This is a very important question and one that is asked quite often. We take great pride in being a local, family owned company who places great emphasis on superior and trustworthy service to the people who are a part of our community. We are also bonded and insured. We have clients for whom we act as their Administrative Assistant. All of our contracts that include working with a client’s personal information contain a Confidentiality Clause. We will not reveal any customer name or personal information without signed authorization.
What happens if I purchase a five hour monthly plan but use 10 hours during the 30 day period?
You would be charged for the ten hour plan, minus what you paid for the five hour plan. You would pay the difference thus receiving the 10 hour discount on the entire 10 hours.
How much am I charged if I require more than one person?
You will be charged the hourly rate for each person performing the service.
Can I request a service that is not listed?
Yes. If it is moral, ethical and legal, and does not violate and state, federal, or local laws, we can do it.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and credit card payments may be made through Paypal.
Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?
No, we will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.
